CO7 Technologies acquires the assets of Technologies Dual-ADE
CO7 Technologies consolidates its leading position in the design and manufacture of products supporting North American and international power grids.
Montreal, Quebec – January 9, 2023 – CO7 Technologies (CO7), a Montreal-based company specialized in design and manufacturing of switching, protection and control solutions used in the high demanding market of energy distribution, announced today that it has acquired the assets and intellectual properties of the company Technologies Dual-ADE.
CO7 therefore adds a range of low and medium voltage electrical switchgear using innovative technologies such as Modu-Al© structures and the universal circuit breaker cradle allowing custom designs to meet the highest requirements. In addition, the arc-proof switchgear design provides proven safety for operators.
