Christian Cossette has more than 25 years of managing Sales & Marketing and operations in the high-tech world within industries including telecom, electronics, power electronics, and automation. Before founding CO7 Technologies, Christian held the position of marketing and engineering director at Schneider Electric where he was responsible for profitably growing the medium voltage business while positioning the division for future growth. At Power Survey, Christian drove the growth and managed the operations as VP Sales & Marketing. Prior that, he was VP of operations for Rotalec managing all aspects of the business including finance, supply chain management, engineering, IT, production, and sales. In his previous work at ABB and Emerson, Christian led a business unit across Canada and sales engineering teams. Christian earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA), High Tech Business Management, from the University of Quebec in Montreal (UQAM), and his Bachelor Electrical Engineering from the University of Quebec in Trois-Rivières (UQTR). Spare time drummer playing rock and blues for the fun of it, and an active hockey player all year long.

François Laurence is responsible for the financial department for CO7 Technologies. He has more than 12 years of experience in financial advisory services and is member of Certified Professional Accountant of Canada (CPA Canada) and is a Certified Business Valuator (CBV).François previously acted as Senior Manager in the Transaction Advisory Services for BDO Canada. He has acquired extensive expertise in advisory services, specifically in valuation, acquisition, and sale of companies, financial projection analysis, as well as financial due diligence and financing. In addition, he has been a member of BDO’s audit department from 2006 to 2009.As a field worker trained both in finance and accounting, François quickly identifies the needs of entrepreneurs.In recent years, he had a hand in several acquisitions and takeovers of SMEs as well as large companies in Quebec, Ontario and the Maritimes.François was assigned a wide range of mandates in a variety of sectors and industries: manufacturing operations, food processing, technologies, tourism, industrial equipment, and service businesses.

Rouzbeh Rezvani has more than 18 years of experience in power system engineering and power quality turnkey solutions, including more than 10 years of experience in engineering management and R&D development. Before being responsible for engineering & operation for CO7 Technologies, Rouzbeh held the position of Director, product, and application in PowerSide company (merger of Power survey and Power Standard Lab). Before that, he was leading the engineering team in Power Survey where he was managing the electrical & mechanical engineering team as well as leading power quality turnkey projects. Before Power Survey, Rouzbeh was holding the position of engineering manager for Farakoh co. and Partosun co., two members of Kavir holding where he was leading MV and LV PFC capacitor manufacturing process. He was also part of the team for MV breaker manufacturing line technology transfer from Vitzro EM (South Korea) and LV PFC capacitor production line From Frako (Germany). Kavir holding is supplying all sorts of electrical components to local utility and industries. Rouzbeh received both his Master’s and Bachelor’s of Electrical Engineering from IUST. He is a member of Professional Engineers of Ontario.
