The challenges ahead
Under the supervision of the Operations Manager, your main tasks will be to :
Successfully lead a team dedicated to quality assurance and quality control, ensuring product compliance with applicable documents (standards, guidelines, procedures, quality plan);
Ensure the effectiveness and compliance of quality management systems, including the harmonization and integration of management systems (quality, environment, health and safety);
Monitor anomalies and non-conformities related to the quality management program and internal audits;
Implement corrective and preventive actions to deal with non-conformities and avoid their recurrence;
Effectively supervise quality control activities, including inspections, tests and analyses, to ensure product compliance with established standards and specifications;
Support the management of customer complaints in collaboration with the after-sales service (repair) and engineering teams (cause analysis, corrective action plan, etc.);
Conduct internal and external audits to evaluate quality systems, identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions;
Work closely with production, engineering, purchasing, etc. teams to effectively resolve process and quality issues.
Profile required
DEC or BAC in Industrial Engineering or other relevant training;
Excellent knowledge of French;
Autonomous and proactive;
Attention to detail and good analytical skills;
Excellent teamwork skills;
Sense of responsibility.
