We are looking for a Project Manager at our Lachine offices.
CO7 Technologies design and manufacture Medium Voltage Outdoor Breakers all around the world. The project manager manages multiple key clients’ projects simultaneously to ensure all steps from the order to the shipping of the products are completed on time and on budget.
You will work directly with clients, sales, engineering, purchasing and production teams to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget.
The Challenges that await you
- Organize and plan project tasks and schedules
- Manage tasks in accordance with CO7 standards
- Communicate project status to stakeholders and key project participants
- Stay aware of company goals and strategies to ensure projects align with business priorities
- Facilitate and encourage collaboration across departments to ensure projects are completed successfully
- Optimize project deliverables, schedule, and budgeting
- Work with the proposal team to develop cost estimates and project plans
- Create presentations and reports to communicate project status
The necessaty skills
- Holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or technical experience in the Medium Voltage switching protection field
- Previously worked in a Plant/Manufacturing Environment
- Demonstrable problem-solving project management experience and skills
- Knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMI and best practices
- Strong interpersonal and team leadership skills
- Strong organizational, time management, and verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Bilingual, French and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
